We have had a wonderful Spring, and are excited to welcome an abundance of new life to the Tobruk Family.  We have baby lambs and a new litter of Kelpie Puppies keeping us amused and busy!  It is our favourite time of year when we can see creation at play, fill our lungs with fresh air and smell the beautiful scents that Spring produces.
It’s not only the sights and scents of Spring that are fresh at Tobruk, we’ve even excited the taste sensations by adding further menu options to our outback BBQ. Armond’s famous roast chicken and pasta recipes have been a huge hit at the lunch tables and he is quickly earning the title of ‘Colonel Sanders’ as the secret recipe is closely guarded!

Welcome Kellie McCombe

We are very pleased to welcome Kellie McCombe to our team.  Kellie has taken the reigns in the office and will happily discuss all of your booking and program requirements. Kellie has worked in tourism for many years and is already a valuable member of our friendly and helpful team at Tobruk!

Afternoon Program

Our new ‘Afternoon Program’ starts at 12.00 noon (7 days a week!) and kicks off with our exciting and informative sheep shearing show. This is followed by a scrumptious BBQ lunch before trying your hand at Whip Cracking and Boomerang Throwing.  You will then experience the ever-entertaining working dog show where you’ll see our talented Kelpies rounding up the sheep and working the yards as they so love to do.
